| All sales are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Jersey Opera House |
| Please check your tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified |
| Reservations are held for up to 4 days and up to 2 hours before the performance. After this time all unpaid reservations are released for re sale. |
| It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain whether a performance has been cancelled and the date and time of any re arranged performance. If a performance is cancelled or re scheduled The Jersey Opera House will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation or re-scheduling of any performance but cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of any such changes before the date of performance. |
| The management reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the Jersey Opera House, performance organiser or promoter. |
| Every effort will be made to admit latecomers during a suitable break in the performance but admission cannot always be guaranteed. |
| The management cannot be held responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. |
| The Jersey Opera House reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings that it reasonably suspects have been made fraudulently |
| Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the programme and amend the cast in circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets |
| The Jersey Opera House regrets that tickets cannot be refunded after purchase. |
| Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show. This is subject to availability and can be arranged up to 2 hours before the performance. There is a £1.00 fee per ticket |
| Tickets can only be accepted re re-sale on the understanding that the theatres own tickets will be sold first. Re sale of any tickets cannot be guaranteed. |
| Payment by dishonoured cheques will render the ticket invalid |
| All personal data is processed in accordance with Jersey data protection and freedom of information legislation |
| All unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited |
| The Jersey Opera House cannot accept responsibility for any personal property. |
| Patrons should be advised that merchandise is usually on for sale inside the theatre. |
| The ticket holder has a right only to a seat of value corresponding to that stated on the ticket. The management reserve the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket |
| The Jersey Opera House will endeavour to inform patrons of any photograph, filming or sound recording of the audience prior to the commencement of the performance |
| If a performance is re scheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the re scheduled performance equivalent to the face value of the ticket |
| The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and the theatre regulations whilst attending the performance. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage nuisance or injury shall enable the theatre or performance management to eject the ticket holder from the theatre |
| Children/School parties/those in need of special care are the responsibility of their parents/ guardians teachers /carers who must ensure appropriate behaviour is followed in the theatre. Failure may result in the ticket holder being refused entry or required to leave the theatre. |
| The management reserve the right to alter, remove or suspend price bands, concessions discounts and availability without prior notice. |
| All discounts and promotions are subject to availability are price band specific and are subject to pre-set eligibility criteria (as defined at the point of promotion). Only one discount per ticket is permitted |
| Any liability that the company,its officers,directors agents and employees may have to ticket holders under any circumstance will be limited to the total amount expended by the individual ticket holder with Jersey Opera House during the transaction giving rise to the claim. |
| Ticket holders acknowledge that they are responsible for the payment of tickets and/or any loss or damage they may cause at the Jersey Opera House and or third parties it may act on behalf of |
| The Jersey Opera House reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. |
