How can I book tickets?
Tickets can be booked online via our website, over the phone, or in person at our box office (once reopened).

Can I choose my own seats?
Yes, our online booking system allows you to select your preferred seats from an interactive seating map.

Are there any booking fees?

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable unless a performance is cancelled or rescheduled. Exchanges may be possible under certain circumstances—please contact the box office.

Do you offer group discounts?

Where is the Jersey Opera House located?
Our address is Jersey Opera House, Gloucester Street, St Helier JE2 3QR.

What time should I arrive for a show?
Doors typically open 30 minutes before the performance. We recommend arriving early to avoid queues.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the Jersey Opera House is accessible for wheelchair users and includes accessible seating and toilets. If you have specific access needs, please contact us in advance so we can assist you.

Do you serve food and drinks?
We’re currently finalising our food and drink offering. More details will be available soon, including options available before performances and during intervals.

Is there parking nearby?
There are several public car parks within walking distance of the venue, such as Patriotic Street and Sand Street.

Families & Age Guidance

Are there age restrictions for shows?
Some performances have age guidance or restrictions, which will be noted on the individual show pages.

Can I bring a baby or young child to a show?
Unless stated otherwise, we recommend shows for children aged 3 and up. Babes-in-arms policies vary by event — please check the event listing or contact the box office.
