FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT EVENTS

  1. Event Terms
    • Your attendance at an event may be subject to additional terms or restrictions by Jersey Opera House or the promoter. Review your tickets for any additional information that may apply to your attendance.
  2. Event Cancellations/Postponements
    • Policies relating to the cancellation of an event are determined by Jersey Opera House or the event promoter. Generally, such policies provide a refund of the ticket price.
    • If an event is cancelled, Jersey Opera House will attempt to contact you and advise you on the policy for obtaining a refund. Booking fees are not refundable.
    • Policies regarding postponed events vary. Contact Jersey Opera House directly to obtain information about postponed dates and applicable refund policies.
  3. Ticket Limits
    • To give customers an equal opportunity to purchase tickets, limits may be set on the number of tickets one customer or household can purchase. You will be advised of any limits when purchasing tickets for an event.
    • Tickets purchased during multiple online sessions on our website are aggregated to ensure that any imposed limitations are not exceeded. Orders exceeding these limits may not be fulfilled.
  4. Ticket Availability
    • Ticket availability is subject to change. Jersey Opera House does not always control the number of tickets or the location of seats available for purchase.
    • Additional tickets may be released for an event after it has gone on sale. Tickets are “locked” (not available) for a short time while customers complete their purchase. If a customer does not complete their purchase, previously locked tickets are released and made available.
    • Once your purchase is completed, exchanges or refunds are not allowed, even if additional tickets become available later.
  5. Pricing and Errors
    • If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the amount paid. This applies regardless of how the error occurred.
  6. Ticket Resale
    • Resale of tickets may be restricted by law. Any violation may result in prosecution. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund. We assume no liability from your resale or attempted resale of tickets.
