The Wellness Summit is a welcoming, feel-good event designed to inspire and support your health journey.

Bringing together trusted local experts, the day offers a variety of talks, workshops, and experiences exploring where health truly starts - from mindset and movement to nutrition and community.

Whether you're just beginning or looking to deepen your understanding, you'll leave with practical tools, fresh ideas, and a renewed sense of motivation in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Timings: Doors open at 9.00am, with the main event taking place from 9.30am to 1.30pm. VIP ticket holders will have extended access until 2.45pm.
