Juliette’s credits include The One Show (BBC One), This Morning (ITV), BBC At The Edinburgh Festivals (BBC iPlayer), Today (BBC Radio 4) and Afternoon Edition (BBC Radio 5 Live). As a writer, Juliette has contributed to Cosmopolitan, The Huffington Post, The iPaper and the BBC News website amongst others. Juliette studied journalism at the London College of Journalism and worked at the BBC as a broadcast journalist and is an ambassador for Rethink Mental Illness.

Britt Pflüger is a freelance writer, editor and translator. Her first book, The Stranger on the Bridge, co-written with Jonny Benjamin MBE, was published by Pan Macmillan in 2018. They are currently working on their second book.

Adrian Garcia has been writing and perfecting mental health workshops for SANE for three and a half years. His work in communicating with participants about the difficulty in defining mental health, instilling new knowledge and confidence through conversation and creating an aware and sensitive community for discussion will be a vital role in ensuring the workshops have a positive and lasting impact.

Length: 10am until 3pm with a ½ hour break
